Follow the following step to design your label / name badge

1. Click on the "Name badges" tab and then "Design name badge".
2. Select your chosen label / badge type.
3. Click "Continue".
4. Choose among the imported categories you would like to be printed on the label.
5. Drag the categories to the place you want them to be and choose the size*, font, and position.
   1. Optionally upload a logo or design which should appear on all badges. 
   2. Add a QR-code if needed by clicking on “Add a QR code”, if you for example are using our or an external lead retrieval / networking system. 
6. Click "Save".

*The size of the text is automatically scaled down to fit on one line in case of long names, titles, etc.

NB! The printer is thermal, meaning it only prints in black and white. This also means that it's cheaper to operate, more sustainable, weighs less and does not require ink refills. 

Your are now ready to print name badges when you have the name badge printer with you!
