Once you have created your free Ticketbutler user and your event, you can upload your attendee data in the following way:

  1. Click on the "Name badges" tab on the left side on the event page.
  2. Click on "Import guest data".
  3. Select "Import through Excel or CSV file" (CSV is usually easier for the system to import).
  4. Upload your excel or CSV file
  5. Match the different columns to the categories that already exist in Ticketbutler. If you want to add a custom category you click on “+ Add custom category” and then type the name of the new custom category and create it by clicking “+Add [custom category]"
    1. If you want to scan QR-codes from other ticketing system with the Ticketbutler App you will need to import this data as well. The excel column with the QR-code data should be matched with the category called “QR”.
  6. If there are any columns that you don't want imported, simply don't choose a category for those.
  7. Click continue and review the import by double-checking whether the correct fields are being imported.
  8. Click "Save".

NB! It may take some time before all guest data is imported.
