Once you have created your free Ticketbutler user and your event, you can upload your attendee data in the following way:
- Click on the "Name badges" tab on the left side on the event page.
- Click on "Import guest data".
- Select "Import through Excel or CSV file" (CSV is usually easier for the system to import).
- Upload your excel or CSV file
- Match the different columns to the categories that already exist in Ticketbutler. If you want to add a custom category you click on “+ Add custom category” and then type the name of the new custom category and create it by clicking “+Add [custom category]".
- If you want to scan QR-codes from other ticketing system with the Ticketbutler App you will need to import this data as well. The excel column with the QR-code data should be matched with the category called “QR”.
- If there are any columns that you don't want imported, simply don't choose a category for those.
- Click continue and review the import by double-checking whether the correct fields are being imported.
- Click "Save".
NB! It may take some time before all guest data is imported.
