Add / import additional attendee data to you existing data.

Please follow the steps to add / import data to your existing data in Ticketbutler

  1. Click on the "Name badge" tab on the left side on the event page.
  2. Click on "Guest Information".
  3. Select "add to existing data" (CSV is usually easier for the system to import).
  4. Upload your excel or CSV file
  5. Match the different columns to the categories that already exist in Ticketbutler. If there are any columns that you don't want imported, simply not choose a category for those.
  6. Click continue and review the import by double-checking whether the correct fields are being imported.
  7. Click "Upload data".
