Keep an overview with "tags"
Do you have many events and would you like to have a better overview of them in your dashboard?
Then contact us to activate the "tags" feature. This feature allows you to categorize and filter your events by assigning them one or more unique keywords.
Tags can be added when you create this event, and you can also change and add tags to existing events in your dashboard (under the relevant event and the "Edit event" tab).
Add predefined tags
If you prefer predefined tags that you can select during or after event creation (rather than an empty field where you have to manually type a tag), we can do that for you too.
Simply send a list of the names of the tags that you would like to be able to select during or after event creation to
hello@ticketbutler.io, and we will make sure that these predefined tags are created.
The clever thing about choosing predefined tags instead is:
- that you avoid spelling errors in tags (these cannot be edited from your dashboard - you should contact us instead).
- that tags are always spelled the same way
- that events in your iFrame can be filtered based on one or more selected tags (this option is automatically added under "Share event" when you have the tags feature)
- that the tag selection looks aesthetically nicer under the "Edit event" tab.
Categorisation using teams
You also have the option to categorise your events by creating teams and assigning your events to these teams.
Four clever things about teams:
- that you can categorise your events, as well as choose who should have access to the specific subcategories.
- that you can create standard information for the team, which will automatically be associated with the events under the team in question.
- that you can see the ticket sales for the team in question under the different teams in the overview.
- that you can show tickets based on the team above the ticket buyer.
