Track ticket sales and event revenue

Track ticket sales and event revenue

At Ticketbutler, we understand the importance of keeping track of ticket sales and event revenue. Having a clear overview of these metrics allows you to make informed, data-driven decisions and gauge the success of your events.

With Ticketbutler, you can easily get an overview of both, while also being able to see the status of each ticket - sold, reserved, or available.

Here's a simple guide on how to easily track ticket sales and revenue using our platform:

  1. Log in to your Ticketbutler dashboard
  2. Select either 'Tickets Sold' or 'Revenue' at the top right above the graph. You can also choose the time interval.
  3. Scroll all the way down to see the total sum of all upcoming, past, and canceled events.

To get an overview of the number of tickets sold and revenue for a specific event, just follow these two steps:

  1. Click on the event you're interested in.
  2. Click on the "Overview" tab on the left side.
  3. Here, you'll find the number of tickets sold, total revenue, and sales per ticket type. If you have added additional products, they will also be displayed in the overview.
