Share a list or calendar view of your events

Share a list or calendar view of your events

Are you hosting multiple events? With the list or calendar view, you can provide your ticket buyers with an overview of all of them at once.

List view

Show events as a list containing events on a particular team or tag (if enabled). You can also show all your events across your ticketing system, if you have a Ticketbutler account. If you need additional subdivision of your events with event groups, please contact us to hear more.

Calendar view

Everything the list view can do along with a calendar selection. Green dots signify dates for your active ticket sales, where more dots on the same day signify several events on the same day. If the dot is red, it means it's sold out.

Here's how:

  1. Log in to your Ticketbutler dashboard.
  2. Select an event from your list.
  3. Choose "Share event" in the left menu.
  4. Choose list or calendar as sharing style.
  5. Decide whether you want to share your events as a link to an event page or as a widget you can integrate into your own website.
