What happens if my bank details are missing or incorrect?
If the event is over and you have not yet entered your bank details, you will automatically receive a reminder email about this.
If you have entered the wrong bank details, an error will either be reported to our bank or the transfer will be reversed again.
If the latter happens, we will contact you directly to obtain the correct bank details. We will subsequently set the money for payment at the next payment round. Withdrawals are made twice a week, every Monday and every Thursday.
Please note that missing bank details can naturally delay your payment quite a bit, which is why it is always a good idea to double check the bank details.
