At Ticketbutler, we believe in providing a seamless ticket purchasing experience for your guests. That's why we offer a wide range of payment methods to cater to their preferences.

Payment options

Here are the various payment options available through Ticketbutler's standard payment solution:

  • Dankort
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Maestro
  • MobilePay
  • Apple Pay

We understand the importance of flexibility, so your ticket buyers can choose the payment method that suits them best. But that's not all!

Payment via invoice

We also offer payment via invoice, giving you the option to provide this convenient method to your ticket buyers.

To activate invoice payments, simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Ticketbutler account.
  2. Select the event in question.
  3. Click on "Ticket Settings and discounts".
  4. Check the box that says "Allow invoice payments".
  5. Save.

When a ticket buyer selects this payment method and completes the purchase, you will automatically receive an email notification. You can then generate and send an invoice to the ticket buyer from your own accounting system.

You can also download your guest data under the "Guest support" tab to see who has chosen the invoice payment option.
