How do I create a user?

How to create your free account

Simply create your account here and follow the required steps.

When setting up your free user, you will be asked to determine which payment solution you would prefer to have connected to your account.

 

Stripe vs. Ticketbutler's payment solution

You can either choose Ticketbutler's standard payment solution, which is the default, or you can choose to create your own account via Stripe.

Stripe is a good solution if you e.g. need to pay for event expenses in advance and therefore would like ongoing payouts of your ticket revenue prior to your event.

 

Pricing

Please not that Stripe charges a small fee per order for handling advance payouts. Find the Stripe fee for your country via this link.

Creating a Ticketbutler user is completely free, and so is creating events - i.e. you are more than welcome to create a user and play around with some test events and with the different features in the dashboard in order to get to know the system. 

Once you're ready to start your ticket sales, simply share the ticket link or embed the ticket sales on your own website.
