Where do my ticket buyers find their receipts?
If a ticket buyer requests a receipt, simply ask them to check their ticket email (which you can also resend from your dashboard under "Attendees" - remember to ask them to check their spam inbox).
In the ticket email, there's a button labeled "Get receipt." To save the receipt as a PDF, choose the "Print" option in the browser and select "Save as PDF".
Does the ticket buyer need extra info on the receipt?
If the ticket buyer requires additional information on the receipt, feel free to contact us directly at hello@ticketbutler.io with the details. We'll make sure to add these backend and resend the receipt!
