Where do I find my ticket?

Where do I find my ticket?

If you can't find your ticket, it may be because:

  • The ticket confirmation email ended up in your e-mail's spam inbox
  • You placed the order with a different email address
  • A small typo crept into the email address when purchasing the ticket
  • Your purchase was not been successfully completed.

There are two ways to view or have your tickets resent:

1. Click here and enter your email address, after which you will receive a new ticket email. Remember to check your spam or junk inbox.

2. Go to the event page where you bought the tickets, scroll down and click on "Resend my ticket". Enter your email, and you'll receive a new email with your ticket.

If you still can't find your ticket, contact the event organiser directly. The organiser can check their guest list and from there resend your tickets.
