The refund protection is provided by Booking Protect, and the specific terms and conditions are approved in the purchase flow. They can also be read here.

If you have opted for refund protection in the purchase flow when you bought your ticket, you can find a link to the refund form in your ticket email.

Please note that in most cases you must be able to document the reason behind your application for reimbursement, e.g. via a doctor's statement.

If your application is rejected, there is unfortunately not much you can do. If the event has not yet been held, you can, however, try to sell your ticket to someone else by e.g. to check if a Facebook event has been created for the event, and then make a post there.

You can also contact the organiser directly. As a starting point, you are unfortunately not entitled to a refund, but it may be that the organiser has a solution available to you.
