What if my event has multiple start times?

What if my event has multiple start times?

If you have several event start times or "time slots", these can be created in Ticketbutler as different "ticket types".

Read the article "Create several ticket types for the same event", or follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Ticketbutler dashboard
  2. Click on your event (or create an event if you haven't done so yet)
  3. Add as many ticket types as you have start times
  4. Open "Advanced Settings"
  5. Check the box "Show a specific date for ticket type"
  6. Insert date and time
  7. Save.
  8. When a ticket buyer buys a ticket for a specific time slot, the chosen date and time will appear on the ticket buyer's ticket (so the specific ticket type's start date and time will overwrite the event's start date and time).

Payout of ticket revenue

Payout happens automatically, but please note that the payout of your ticket sales isn't made until after the last date you have added (unless, of course, you have chosen the ongoing payout solution through our partner Stripe when creating your user).
