It seems I have been charged twice - what do I do?

It seems I have been charged twice - what do I do?

In most cases, what appears to be a double payment is actually a reservation or pending charge, and not an actual payment. Here's why!

Authorisation hold

When purchasing a ticket, we may place a temporary authorisation hold on your credit card or bank account to ensure that the payment method is valid and has sufficient funds.

This authorisation hold may appear as a pending charge or reservation on your statement, but it will be automatically released within a few days, depending on your bank's processing time.

Please contact your bank directly if you would like them to release the reservation sooner.

Contact us

If you're still unsure about whether the payment has been processed or not, please don't hesitate to contact us via email to hello@ticketbutler.io.
