Change attendee info on the ticket/order

Most organisers won't have to worry about the name on the ticket since it's usually scanned via the QR code on the ticket PDF from the ticket confirmation email.

However, in some cases, it may be a good idea to change the information on a ticket if it has been sold or given to someone other than the original ticket buyer.

Here's how to change the ticket information:

  1. Log in to your Ticketbutler dashboard.
  2. Click on "Attendees".
  3. Find the order using the order ID, name, or email.
  4. Click on the pencil icon to the left of the order ID.
  5. Click on the pencil icons to the left of the fields you want to change for the ticket buyer.
  6. Click "Save".

If you changed the email of the ticket buyer, it's a good idea to resend the ticket to that email after clicking "Save".
