Can I sell gift cards?

The short answer is YES! And we can also import external gift card IDs that have already been created in another system.

But... There is a catch.

Selling gift cards through Ticketbutler requires you to have either your own payment solution (such as Nets, Bambora, or Clearhaus) or that you chose "Stripe" as an acquirer during the creation process of your Ticketbutler account (contact us if you are unsure).

Stripe is a well-known and reputable third-party payment solution that also offers ongoing payouts prior to your event. Read more about Stripe here.

Please note that Stripe charges a fee for their service.

 

What if I already have an account set up with Ticketbutler's default payment solution?

No worries. Just create a new account here and remember to choose Stripe when selecting payment provider. Registration is free and takes just a few minutes.
