You can allow your guests to edit their own information (e.g., name, title, etc.) after a purchase. This saves time for everyone involved and reduces the risk of typing errors.

Here's how to activate this setting:

1. Log in to Ticketbutler.
2. Select the event in question.
3. Click on "Ticket settings and discounts".
4. Check the box that says "Attendees can edit their information up until the event ends".
5. Click "Save".

From now on, all ticket and reminder emails will include a link through which your ticket buyers can access a page to edit their information. You can see what it looks like by sending a test ticket email to yourself - you do that from "Attendee communication".
