Add a guest to your event manually

Want to manually add a guest to your event?

No problem! Just go through the purchase/registration flow as if you were the ticket buyer.

 

Here's how:

  1. Log in to Ticketbutler
  2. Click on the event in question in your overview.
  3. Click on the event title at the top left to open the ticket link.
  4. Go through the purchase/registration flow and enter the ticket buyer's information.
  5. If you need to complete the registration without payment, you can create a 100% discount code beforehand under the "Ticket settings and discounts" tab. Apply this code after entering the ticket buyer's information. Learn more about creating discount codes here.

Going through the purchase/registration flow has the added bonus of you being able test your customer's purchasing experience and make any adjustments if needed.
